John, our executive chef and owner, has over 30 years of experience in the culinary field, much of that is in the specialty field of catering. He is a 1990 graduate of the prestigious California Culinary Academy in San Francisco where he received formal instruction in classical French cuisine. He also has practical experience in a variety of restaurants, Danish and artisan bakeries, and large catering operations.
