John, our executive chef and owner, has over 25 years of experience in the culinary
field, much of that is in the specialty field of catering. He is a 1990 graduate of the
prestigious California Culinary Academy in San Francisco where he received formal
instruction in classical French cuisine. He also has practical experience in a variety
of restaurants, Danish and artisan bakeries, and large catering operations in
San Diego County.
Our team of professionals is dedicated to each one of our clients. That dedication
means we approach every event with professional management and rigorous
attention to detail. Guests consistently comment on the professionalism and care
